*Our phở is traditionally served with beef broth but can also be substituted for chicken or vegetarian broth! All pho is served with a side of fresh bean sprouts, basil, sliced jalapeño and lime.

RICE OR EGG NOODLE SOUP

Our soups are typically served with large round vermicelli or rice noodles but can be substituted to egg noodles an additional cost of $1.50

RICE PORRIDGE (CONGEE)

*Rice porridges are made from scratch and can take around 10-15 minutes to prepare.

Vermicelli

Our meats are marinated in a special house marinade before being charbroiled to perfection and are served on top of fresh vermicelli noodles, thinly sliced carrots, sliced cucumber, ground peanuts, freshly washed bean sprouts with a Vietnamese scallion oil garnish and is served with our sweet and sour fish sauce.

Steam Rice / Broken Rice

Our rice dishes are served with daily-made fresh white rice and can be substituted for fried rice an additional $1.50
